What is the purpose of Legislative Day at the Capitol?
   

- To thank legislators for their support of the University of Missouri.

- To advocate for future support of Missouri’s flagship university and seek support for our legislative platform.

When is it?    Wednesday, February 25, 2015

Where is it?    Missouri State Capitol, Jefferson City

Schedule of Events:


 

7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.      3rd Floor Rotunda and Alcoves reserved

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.    1st Floor Rotunda reserved

7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.      Display set up (3rd Floor Rotunda).

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.    Capitol visits, Legislative displays open in 3rd Floor Rotunda

11:30 a.m.                     Legislative Rally (1st Floor Rotunda)

Speakers: UM President Tim Wolfe and select legislators

2014 Presidential Citation Award presentations

12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.    Lunch for attendees

2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.      Legislative Issues Panel (House Lounge)
